Action King Arjun's Jai Hind 2 - A tribute to Abdul Kalam

Action King Arjun’s patriotic action drama, Jai Hind, released in 1994 and tasted tremendous success, offering all-round commercial entertainment. The actor who has over 10 films under his belt as director has decided that the time is right to revive the film with its sequel.

Arjun has announced that he will be directing and producing 'Arjunin Jai Hind 2' under his home banner Sriram Films International. He feels that the current social scenario has driven him to write the story for Jai Hind 2, which he also says will not carry any resemblance to the first part.

Arjun’s love interest in Moondru Per Moondru Kaadhal, Surveen Chawla, will play his partner in this film as well. The project will also introduce several youngsters and the core concept is based on former President Abdul Kalam’s vision of the country and will  be a tribute to the people's President.

The movie will have dialogues by Gopi Krishna, associate direction by Jagan, editing by KK and cinematography by Venu. Besides plans are onto rope in technicians from abroad and the budget for this Tamil, Telugu, Kannada trilingual will be 20 crores.
